At the Boyne Forever Foundation, we envision being a catalyst for positive change in our resort communities, setting the standard for how resort organizations can create lasting environmental, social, and economic impact through the harmonious integration of outdoor recreation, conservation, and community development.

Community Wellbeing
- Programs that address food insecurity, housing, or transportation
- Help for communities affected by disasters
- Mental health and wellness initiatives
Access to Outdoor Recreation
- Inclusive programs for people of all abilities or those new to outdoor activities
- Equipment scholarships or fee support for low-income families
- Introductions to snow sports and nature activities for kids
- Trail building and maintenance, including support from local resort volunteers
Youth and Family Programs
- After-school activities and recreational learning
- Support for early childhood education and literacy
- Outdoor experiences that help youth grow in confidence and connection
- Programs that encourage families to spend time outdoors together

- Preserving Natural Habitats Projects that protect or restore native landscapes like forests, meadows, wetlands, and mountain ecosystems.
- Protecting Wildlife Efforts to safeguard species, maintain healthy ecosystems, and ensure biodiversity in the areas around our resorts.
- Protecting Local Watersheds Work that improves water quality, restores streambanks and river corridors, and prevents harmful erosion or runoff.
- Community-led Sustainability Projects Local efforts to reduce emissions, expand clean energy use, and address climate challenges in ways that fit the needs of each community.

Emergency and Hardship Support
- Direct financial help for team members facing unexpected challenges like medical emergencies or personal loss
Scholarships
- Support for employees or their dependents pursuing college degrees, certifications, or continuing education
How To Apply
Funding requests for Environment, Community, and Scholarship grants are reviewed through one annual grant cycle.
- Applications Open: June 1
- Grant Announcements: July 30th
Hardship grants for team members and requests for in-kind donations are reviewed on a rolling basis throughout the year.
