In Remembrance of Taylor Middleton
44-year legacy defined by leadership, adventure, and an enduring commitment to the Big Sky community.
We are heartbroken to share the passing of Taylor Middleton, former COO and President of Big Sky Resort. Taylor was one of the early champions of the Boyne Forever Foundation, a natural extension of his 46-year career with Boyne.
As Boyne Resorts President/CEO Stephen Kircher reflected, “We are a company built on the shoulders of people like Taylor Middleton. People who dedicate a lifetime to making a place better than they found it. That is our story. And Taylor’s chapter is one of the most important we will ever tell.” His daughters Anna and Kate carry his legacy forward every day on Big Sky's Ski Patrol.
As Michelle Wein, Executive Director of Boyne Forever Foundation, notes: "Taylor’s support reflects the values that defined him — stewardship of the mountains, commitment to community, and deep care for the people who make these places their home."
We are honored that Taylor’s family has named us as one of the recipients of donations in his name. These funds will be used both to help team members in crisis and to continue to fund sustainability efforts in his beautiful and most beloved Big Sky, his last – and very best – place.
